Returns/exchanges and shipping

 

Back to Pretty has a strict NO RETURN policy. Some exchanges will only be considered if you did not receive the exact item you requested. At that time the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original state. Order needs to be returned within 5 business days of delivery. 


To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you did not receive the correct item and wish to start a exchange, you can contact us at info@backtopretty.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving  and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like wigs, upart wigs or used bundles etc. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 


Refunds 
If you are eligible for a refund we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Shipping

Processing takes 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 days to arrange and process your order. Orders are processed Monday thru Friday as we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Meaning if you place an order on Friday it will not be processed until Monday. 

Standard shipping is 5-10 business days 

Express shipping is 2-3 business days

 

We do not ship to P.O boxes. Your billing and shipping address must be the same. Your billing information must match the card being used. Again we can only ship to a physical location no P.O. boxes.
